Dexedrine is addictive in the long run as users of this drug end up not being able to shake off the habit because of this drugs ability to provide them with a general sense of well being coupled with high energy levels and alertness.  Some of the street names for Dexedrine are Uppers, Bennies, Black Beauties, Hearts, Dexy’s Midnight Burners, etc.

Some common Dexedrine withdrawal symptoms are depression, irritability, violent behavior, long but disturbed sleep, etc. Dexedrine overdose symptoms include but are not limited to coma, blood pressure problems, breathing irregularities, convulsions, tremors, vomiting, hallucinations, fever, fatigue, death, etc. A few common Dexedrine side effects are Tourette’s syndrome, liver problems, constipation, diarrhea, sexual problems, behavioral problems, weight loss, headache, impairment of motor skills, etc.
